An organisation relies greatly on its leadership and management to produce shareholder & stakeholder value and for a prosperous sustainable future. They are the people that must translate the organisations strategy and vision into operational results. In doing so they must focus energy, motivate their people, make processes more effective and anticipate external and internal developments and learn how to stand for specific values, and a strategic direction.

CIL leadership programmes are designed to enhance the performance of these important cornerstones in the organisation and that of their teams. Creating a Vision (Desired Results), and Systems- & Scenario-Thinking, Strategic Engagement and Conversation skills and empowerment principles are key elements of our leadership development approach and workshops. Besides foundational leadership knowledge and skills the sessions contain purpose designed modules to fit the specific needs of the client organisation.
