Leadership Coaching

Description: 

In the role of coach or counsellor and by providing "clean" feedback, C·I·L can provide essential support to leadership to enable personal growth and on the journey of renewing the organisations.
Often it is difficult or impossible for leadership to obtain independent, and immediate feedback from within the organisation. One on one counselling provides feedback on behaviour and a sounding board.

Managing Accountability and Performance

Description: 

This series of purpose designed workshops focuses on the specific skills and tools that leadership needs to raise the accountability and performance of team members. Participants learn to create cohesive teams and are introduced to effective process to clarify roles linked to strategy and to enable self-organising teams.

Participants: 

Intact executive teams, line managers and their teams, supervisors and their teams

  • learn to link the performance management to the strategy of the organisation
  • learn to utilise conversation skills to build team alignment and deliver tough messages skilfully
  • understand and recognise social dynamics in a team and learn to influence them

Duration: 
Intensive brief workshops spread over a period, scheduled to integrate with the natural work processes. Learning is directly linked with application to ensure maximum transfer of skills into the workplace

Leadership for Results

Description: 

This workshop helps leaders to develop a clear and compelling vision for their leadership. Develops their capacity to impact the culture of the organisation. In order to realise their vision they learn to create an internal environment that empowers and aligns individuals and the organisation as a whole.

  • Introduction to processes and techniques for building "learning" organisations such as systems thinking, personal self mastery, building shared vision, mental models and team learning

Strategic Leadership Development

Description: 

Personal transformation reinforces organisational transformation. During this course the participants learn how to improve their 'authentic presence' and interpersonal skills. Leadership develops the skills to enable a team to act together, creating the capacity for strategic change.

The program extends over a long period of time, usually a calendar year, combining experiential learning and theory with practical application on the job after each module of intensive learning.

Participants: 

Cross-organisation cohort leadership groups of 30-40 participants starting with senior management

Programme Results: 
  • enhance the group and work processes and organisational performanceexamine and shift cultural assumptions, values and behaviour over time
  • stimulate personal development and transformation that is linked to business capability, performance and strategy
  • apply theory, tools and processes to current and future business needs
    increase alignment between supporting and core business functions

Variable number of sessions over a period of 12-18 months time
